(December 1, 2024) Newly forged Strike Mamba Racing (SMR) is excited to announce that Blake Lothian will be driving full-time in the 2025 ARCA Menards West Series. The 22-year-old from Massachusetts will pilot the #51 Chevrolet SS with electronic publication, The Texas Lawbook, as the primary sponsor.
Lothian brings an impressive list of driving credentials including a late model victory at Hickory Motor Speedway, NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series starts, and CARS Late Model Stock Car Tour starts. “I’m very excited for this opportunity to learn and conquer these new racetracks and face this new adventure head-on. I’m grateful to be a part of this new team and see what is possible for the 2025 Season,” said Lothian, who recently showed blistering pace in the South Carolina 250 at Florence Motor Speedway.
The #51 and #72 Strike Mamba Racing cars will be fielded in various ARCA Menards Series events in 2025. Team owner and driver Jonathan Reaume stated, “We’re excited to work with a talented, young, driver like Blake Lothian. The entire Strike Mamba team is fired up, knowing that all our hard work and effort is going towards a full-time program where we can hit the track with speed and build momentum.”
The team may be new but includes the talents of NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Crew Chief John Reaume and seasoned NASCAR Canada Crew Chief Al Lebert. Jonathan Reaume will also provide full engineering support through his RBR Engineering Inc.
SMR is looking for additional sponsors to support Lothian in the #51 car as well as drivers and sponsors for the #72 car. Interested individuals can direct enquiries to the SMR Director of Competition via info@StrikeMambaRacing.com.
